Morningside Farmers Market Update

This year's season of the Saturday Morningside Park Farmers Market has started with a bang. The market now has incredibly delicious local fish, caught fresh near Montauk and brought to us at prices that can't be beat. New vendors Joseph Fisheries and Alex's Tomato Farm join long time favorites Migliorelli Farms (you won't find anyone else with as wide a selection of greens), Horman's Best Pickles (truly the best, with loads of varieties to try), Tierra Farms Organic Nuts (you won't go back to store bought nuts after trying these), Bread Alone (makers of my favorite sourdough rye). You can even pick up some meat and cheese before heading home.

This week Bombay Emerald Chutney Co. will also be at the market. Check out their Royal Plum Chutney and home made Samosas.

Help spread the word about the market by forwarding this email and downloading either the english or spanish flyer, printing and posting it around the neighborhood.
